Adjust the grass color with the tone curve to match the color of the sky.
Duplicate the image and choose Image → Gradient Map.
Set as shown above.
Set the Blending mode to "soft light" and set the opacity to "20%".

Adjust the whole thing again with the tone curve.
Enclose the grass area in the selection.
Select Filter → Distort → Polar Coordinates.
After transforming the soap bubbles, invert the selection and remove the unwanted parts.
Select the soap bubble again and select "Filter→ Distort→ Spherize".
Set as shown in the figure.
Mask the selection.
Select "Transparent from drawing color" in the gradient, and draw an arrow from the center of the soap bubble to the outside.
Double-click the created soap bubble layer to display the layer style, and set the gradation overlay as shown in the figure.
Edit the created soap bubbles.
Change with Edit → Transform → Warp.
Make multiple copies of the soap bubbles and blur the front and back soap bubbles.
The soap bubbles on the front side are thin, so stack two bubbles to make it easier to understand.
